You are missing D:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\Data Files\Data Files\Morrowind.esm. The best mod manager I'd say for Morrowind is Wyre Mash. Takes some reading and time to install (you can't just install this blindly with no clue how to do so), but after it's installed, installing & managing mods is a breeze.
